Dr. Devitt was born and raised in Jacksonville, AR. After graduating as a Jacksonville Red Devil in 1993, Dr. Devitt went on to attend UCA where she majored in biology. She then graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1993. In 1994, Dr. Devitt opened her first office in North Little Rock and moved to the current location in Sherwood in 2011.

The family enjoys spending quality time with their pets. They have two dogs, Maxine and Bubba Rufus, and two guinea pigs, Spot and Grape.
